Bear Ridge Speedway 2011

The 2011 Season is set to kick off on May 7th with the Annual Car Show at the Jiffy Mart in Bradford from 10-1, followed by the final test & tune on the track from 2-4pm. Drivers take to the track for the 44th Official Opening Night at 6pm. This season marks an exciting time, as the Sportsman Modifieds become the first DIRTcar sanctioned series in New England! While it's not fully clear what implications this will have, there's certainly a possibility that this could bring an influx of cars from other tracks.....and that is NEVER a bad thing for the fans in the stands!

The 99ROCK WFRD racing series will boast five great divisions - along with the Bond Auto Parts DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, Wells River Chevrolet brings back the Sportsman Coupes.....A Notch Above returns as the title sponsor for the Limited Late Model Class....the Weglarz Property Service Fast Fours return as do the KDD NAPA of Bradford Ridge Runner Hornets.

Bear Ridge has also decided to bring in even more for the fans! Bi-Weekly classes will include a return of the Hornet Queens as well as a brand new offering, the Stinging Hornet Youth Division. This series will allow unlicensed 14-16 year olds to see what they've got! The SCoNE (Sprint Cars of New England) will be bringing their incredible show to the 1/4 mile clay track six times in 2011. If you haven't seen these winged warriors battling then you MUST make a trip out this summer!
