99ROCK Championship Night

To avoid the annual migration of visiting drivers showing up for the final race (which has historically been for double points in all divisions) and possibly deciding the year-long battles, instead tonight's event carried double points for everyone and next week's finale will be regular points.

Eric Lang grabbed his 10th Feature win of the season in the Hornets, this time holding off
Charlie Lakin and Thomas Placey

Tyler Stygles won the Limited Late Model Feature (and took over the points lead) over Robert Tucker
and Richie Simmons.  Tucker dropped to second in points

In the Wells River Chevrolet Coupes, Terry Williams grabbed his second Feature win of the season.
Rookie Jason Colbeth finished a career best 2nd with Steve Ellsworth 3rd.

Former Track Champion Gary Siemons took home his first checkers of the season in the Mods,
holding off Adam Pierson and Jason Gray

Travis Hull led the way onto the podium for the second consecutive week in the Fast Fours.
Point Leader Kevin Harran was second and Dave Durkee picked up another trophy in third.

In the Hornet Queens Melissa King clinched the title the best way possible....with another win.
This time she held off Misty Bell and Julie Stender.

The Northeast Mini Sprints put on another great show with Jake Williams claiming the top spot.
Dave Morgan was second and Spencer Allen third.

In the 5th Annual Demolition Derby, Mike Mitchell (#33) drove this Chevy Cavalier to the victory and $800 prize
