Ken had a dream season in the Junkyard Warrior Division in 2010....capturing 12 Feature Events on his way to setting the single-season record on the high-banks at Thunder Road. One thing seems clear when talking to him....he is also one of the nicest, most respected drivers in the pits. This year Christman joins forces as part of VGRacing, teaming with fellow Street Stockers Troy Kingsbury and Kyle Streeter. Combining their knowledge as well as dividing the workload should prove to be a huge asset for all involved!

Ken tried to fight through persistent engine problems but wasn't able to qualify for the Feature.

Christman battled mechanical issues all night....finally diagnosed as a faulty Cam vent hose. The fix came too late

Ken had a bit of an off-night as he failed to qualify from his heat and moved into the Reserve Feature
In the Reserve, Christman ran over a piece of metal and had a flat tire, ending his chance of making
it to the Main Event. He told me that it was his first flat in four years! Guess he was due!

It seems that Christman either runs really good or really struggles.....he started this one with a win
in his Heat Race.
Ken had a great battle in the Feature with Jeffrey Martin...they traded the lead by about this much
numerous times
In the end, he would settle for second place....and a huge boost in points! Definitely a contender
for rookie of the year!

Christman picked up some front-end damage - and an 18th place finish - in the Riverside Feature conclusion
Ken turned the 16th fastest lap...good enough to avoid the 'B' Feature and go straight into segment one
where he finished 19th
Christman finished 3rd in segment two.....good enough for a combined 10th place result
