Tucker, Robert

Robert is just one of those guys that it would be hard to root against....he seems to be having fun damn near all the time and he can flat out drive! He is in one of the toughest divisions at the track....some weeks it seems more like a demolition derby than a race. But he is generally able to stay out of the fray and poised to land on the podium!

WEEK 9 - MILLER AUTO GROUP

JULY 2, 2011

Just because it's shorter to drive through the infield that doesn't mean it's faster

Robert gives a big thumbs up after picking up the win in the rain delayed Wells River Savings Bank

Limited Late Model Feature. It was his second win in a row...and the night was just starting

What a great night to be invited onto the car! Tucker poses with his trophy from the first Feature

of the night

Robert's second win of the night (and third in a row) came in the regularly scheduled

Miller Auto Group event

WEEK 10 - DENNIS PRESTON BUILDER

JULY 9, 2011

Heat race action

Robert didn't get a win in this one....but a 5th Place finish is still great for points!

WEEK 11 - WELLS RIVER CHEVROLET

MID-SEASON CHAMPIONSHIPS

JULY 16, 2011

Tucker goes by Troy Comeau in the heat race

I'm afraid that Robert is going to think that carrying the CreativeOutbursts.com logo is bad luck for him!

He did manage another 5th Place finish but he was pretty used to getting trophies before.

WEEK 12 - J&A LAWN CARE -

BOUDREAULT SEPTIC

JULY 23, 2011

Tucker looked good in the heat race

Semi-Feature action

Robert only beat Will Hull to the Checkered Flag in the Feature by half a car length....

but it was enough to prove that my decal wasn't a jinx for him!

Robert's 4th Feature Event win of the season....this one should put him in a battle at the top of the

points race

WEEK 13 - PERRY'S OIL SERVICE

JULY 30, 2011

Tucker looked pretty good in his heat race

Robert's car would leave the Feature on a wrecker

WEEK 14 - JTB TOWING & RECOVERY -

INTERSTATE BATTERY SYSTEM OF NEW-MONT

AUGUST 6, 2011

Chasing down Ray Johnson in the heat race

Tucker accepts his 3rd Place trophy after barely nipping Tyler Stygles at the line

WEEK 15 - WALKER MOTOR SALES -

JOHN POOR MEMORIAL

AUGUST 13, 2011

Tucker picks up another heat race victory

Robert collects his 5th Feature win of the season in the Limited Late Models

A quick pose for Grandma!

WEEK 16 - SWENSON'S INSURANCE CO.

AUGUST 20, 2011

Going by Mike Greene in qualifying

Early in the Feature....while you could still see through the dust

Robert accepts his 3rd place trophy

WEEK 17 - SABIL & SONS

AUGUST 27, 2011

Tucker looked pretty good in qualifying

I didn't see what led to Tucker facing the wrong way in turn three....but it sure seemed to piss him off!!

He drove the rest of the race like he was possessed.....and made it all the way back to a 4th place finish.

Could have been a lot worse as far as the points chase goes!

WEEK 18 - DEAD RIVER COMPANY

SEPTEMBER 3, 2011

Tucker battles with Troy Comeau in the first segment (in which he finished second)

Robert on his way to winning segment two

By virtue of a final lap pass in the third segment, Tucker beat rookie Jordan Fornwalt by a single point.

It was a HUGE win as "Madness" brings Double Points!

WEEK 19 - MEKKELSEN RV

SEPTEMBER 10, 2011

Robert got off to another great start by winning the heat race

Jordan Fornwalt got a big lead in the Feature and it was clear that Tucker would not be able

reel him in. He smartly worried about holding onto 2nd place and the big picture - the

Championship Points Race.

WEEK 20 - 99ROCK CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT

SEPTEMBER 17, 2011

I have to admit that I have no idea what this was about in the heat race. Mike Green spun (by himself) and was

drilled by the 24 car. Tucker's 42 came in late and barely got into the mess at all. Greene spent the rest

of qualifying trying to wreck Tucker.

Robert was understandably disappointed to finish in second.....on Double Points night...to new point

leader Tyler Stygles

WEEK 21 - NEW ENGLAND DIRT TRACK CHAMPIONSHIPS

SEPTEMBER 24, 2011

Tucker had a good qualifying race

Robert took the lead and was well on his way to winning the race - and the title

With two laps left in the Feature, Tucker's steering came apart and left him sitting in the infield

watching Tyle Stygles drive to the Championship

Robert finished 2nd in points among the Limited Late Models
